A holistic, heart-centered approach to healing.

Hello! I am so glad you found your way here. I am Hannah and I have spent the last decade exploring healing through yoga, breathwork, nervous system resilience strategies, and integrative health. My therapeutic approach is rooted in helping you feel safe, connected, and fully present through ancient body-based healing practices. Together, we’ll explore your unique story, tracing its threads through both mind and body to deepen your self-understanding and acceptance. I am a very relational and believe in the power of integrating Eastern healing modalities with my training in Western psychotherapy through theories such as somatic IFS to create a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can release old narratives, strengthen self-compassion, and cultivate an authentic, resilient sense of self.

I specialize in supporting folks navigating trauma and CPTSD, relationship challenges, sex, anxiety, identity exploration, and ADHD. I am dedicated to creating a space where every aspect of who you are is embraced through my emphasis on culturally-responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and kink-affirming care.

My work is about empowering you to connect with yourself and your story in new ways, building a strong foundation for an authentic life aligned with your true values and needs.

Guided Breathwork Sessions

A one-on-one space to come home to yourself. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, parts, and stories that shape your inner world—tending to trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship struggles with compassion and curiosity. Rooted in somatic and relational approaches, this work invites deep healing through mind-body connection and fierce authenticity.

More than a physical practice, this is a gentle invitation back into your body. Trauma-informed yoga blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional resilience. This is a safe, inclusive space to explore embodiment at your own pace—no flexibility required.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. These intentional group spaces offer connection, support, and shared growth with others navigating similar journeys. Through story-sharing, somatic practices, and creative exploration, you’ll find resonance, reflection, and the reminder that you are not alone.

Conscious breathing techniques to release stored tension, clear emotional blockages, and reconnect you with your body’s inherent wisdom. In this safe and supportive container, you’ll be guided to explore and release patterns that no longer serve you, allowing for profound shifts in your mind and body.

My Therapeutic Tenets

A heart-centered approach

Relational

At the heart of my therapeutic approach is the belief that healing happens in relationship. I view therapy as a collaborative space where connection, trust, and mutual respect are essential for growth. By being relational, I create an environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. This dynamic allows us to explore your experiences, challenges, and strengths together, fostering deeper self-awareness and meaningful change. Through our connection, you can develop healthier relationships with yourself and others, ultimately building a stronger, more resilient sense of self.

Somatic

Somatic therapy bridges the body and mind to gently process and release deeply held experiences of trauma, stress, and emotional pain. This approach works from the understanding that our bodies carry the weight of our most intense and overwhelming moments, often in ways we can’t see but can feel—like muscle tension or an underlying sense of disconnection. By cultivating awareness of physical sensations through practices such as breath awareness, mindful movement, and grounded presence, somatic therapy invites you to reconnect with your body, releasing stored emotions and finding a renewed sense of safety, balance, and peace.

Internal Family Systems

Fierce Integrity

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful yet gentle approach that helps us reconnect with the different parts of ourselves—especially the younger parts that may still carry old wounds, unmet needs, or protective roles that quietly shape our relationships as adults. In IFS, we learn to approach each part with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment or fear. Whether it’s the inner critic, the overachiever, or the tender child within, every part has wisdom to share. By listening and responding to these parts with care, we begin to feel more at peace within ourselves. This work helps us cultivate self-understanding and acceptance.

I believe that true healing comes from reconnecting with your authentic self and honoring your intuition, especially in a world that often drowns out our inner voices. In our work together, I’ll support you in tuning into your innate inner wisdom, guiding you to trust and express your truth, no matter how messy or imperfect it may seem. By embracing your intuition and living with fierce integrity, you’ll create a life aligned with your deepest values, empowering you to move through the world with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
